For church & ministry golf groups

Run your church golf group without the email chains

GolfTee was born organizing a church fellowship league — the reply-all threads, the group texts, the sign-up sheet nobody could keep straight. Post the tee times once and let everyone claim a spot with one tap.

Sound familiar?

  • Forty guys on a reply-all thread and you still don't know who's playing Friday.
  • The sign-up spreadsheet is out of date before the first “I'm in!” lands.
  • Someone no-shows and the pairings you scribbled at 10pm fall apart on the first tee.
One-tap sign-ups

Members click a link right in the email — no passwords, no app to install, friendly for every age in the group.

Fair pairings

Auto-balanced groups by handicap, with beginners anchored to experienced players. Drag to tweak, then publish.

Reminders handled

Automatic 48- and 24-hour reminders, waitlists when a round fills, and cancellation alerts to the organizer.

How it works

  1. 1
    Start your group

Name it, paste in your email list (even a whole reply-all thread — we'll pull out the names).

  2. 2
    Post tee times

One round or a whole recurring schedule. Everyone gets one email with a claim link.

  3. 3
    Show up and play

GolfTee runs the sign-ups, waitlist, pairings, and reminders while you enjoy the fellowship.

Common questions

Does everyone in the group have to create an account?

No. Members RSVP straight from the email with one tap — no passwords ever. They can sign in later for the full dashboard, but they never have to.

How much does it cost?

It's free for every member, and free for organizers to run their group. Run your rounds, pairings, and reminders without a fee.

We have players of very different skill levels. Does that work?

Yes — that's normal for a church group. Pairings balance by handicap when you want a game, or stay social when you don't, and beginners get placed with experienced players.

Set it up in about a minute

Name your group, get a sign-in link, post your first tee time. Your crew signs up with a single tap — no passwords, no app to install.
